Tag, I'm it

Thanks for tagging me, Emily. I hope this is enlightening to all...

Four
jobs that I have had in my life:

  1. ESL (English as a Second Language) Teacher at the MTC
  2. Telephone Surveys at Decima Research/Wirthlin Worldwide. Chris and I got this job the day we moved to Provo, and we each worked there until we found jobs we really wanted.
  3. Data Entry at Software House International (NJ) when I was newly-married. My first full-time job.
  4. Swim Teacher at the Corvallis Aquatic Center and at my house
Four movies I could watch over and over:
  1. Thomas and Friends ...oops. That's what I actually do watch over and over. And over and over...
  2. Pride & Prejudice (A&E Version)
  3. My Fair Lady
  4. Any teeny-bopper movie like High School Musical, The Even Stevens Movie, What a Girl Wants, etc... (I know I'm crazy. Maybe they keep me young!)
Four places that I have lived:
  1. Richland, Washington (6 years)
  2. Ogden, Utah (2 years)
  3. Hudsonville, Michigan (4 years)
  4. Corvallis, Oregon (6 years). My true "hometown."
Four television shows that I watch:
  1. House. I just started this year, but I'm catching up on the reruns as well. I love it!
  2. The Office. I don't think I stopped laughing once this last Thursday.
  3. Monk. Nothing like watching a sweet, neurotic man to help me feel a little more normal.
  4. Judge Judy. Don't judge me unless you've actually seen it. I love that lady!
Four places I have gone or will go on vacation:
  1. Cruise to the Bahamas--2nd honeymoon
  2. Rio de Janeiro, Brazil--my parents' mission
  3. London, England--my mission. ...not quite a vacation, but still a great time :)
  4. Tour of East Coast Baseball Stadiums & Games--next year, hopefully!
Four websites I visit almost daily:
  1. Blogs, of course
  2. Gmail (Try it if you haven't already!)
  3. Google News
  4. Go City Kids (guide to local events and activities)
Four favorite foods:
  1. Cold Cereal (Life, Grape Nuts, Mini-Wheats... uh, basically all of them)
  2. Pizza
  3. Sushi
  4. No-Bake Cookies
Four things I would like to learn or be better at:
  1. Graphic Design
  2. Getting balanced meals on the table consistently
  3. The butterfly stroke
  4. Piano
Four places I would rather be right now:
  1. At the gym, swimming ...oops, that's where I'm supposed to be right now, instead of blogging!
  2. With my whole family (the Worths) at the West Virginia vacation lodge we rented last year (5 stories, private bedrooms/bathrooms for each family, indoor pool, 2 huge kitchens, game rooms, etc...) We are definitely going back.
  3. Playing with the kids in a back yard. (The only thing that it is missing from our great little townhome)
  4. At a much-needed reunion of Corvallis Friends. I've been trying to come up with a name that captures who I am referring to. Maybe "Corvallis Stake Youth of the 90s."??
Four people who I tag:
  1. Chris
  2. Kelly Worth
  3. Kim (any and all)
  4. Courtney Peck. (Yes, Courtney, you need to start a blog!)

3 comments:

  1. Corvallis Stake Youth of the 90s!!! Sounds like a band. I'm up for a reunion any time! As long as we don't try and recreate a Stake Dance. Those things are something I never want to re-live.

I love that you are blogging, Nancy. So fun to catch up with you.
