Any suggestions for stomach gas?

You might think I am talking about one of the kids, but guess what? It's just me. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions. I have been dealing with this for years and wonder if any women out there have figured out a good solution. Thanks.

That stinks (no pun intended). I have the same problem. A little warm milk at night does the trick for me! If you just can't shake the stench, you should lay on the floor, curl up like a ball, and gently roll back and forth. That usually clears things up

Nando, no worries usually it's just a little problem with digestion. what i find helps digest food smoothly is standing or walking for at least 10 minutes after eating a meal, that should really help with the gas. It's probably something that will pass once you try this method.

I also find that warm goat's milk will flush any extra fumes in a hurry. Just make sure nobody else is in the room for at least the next 40 minutes. You can also try having someone lightly slug you in the stomach. Good luck with this gaseous situation.

Sometimes when this happens to me, I just turn to the nearest person and ask them to gently pull my finger. This time-tested remedy still works today.

I am proud that nan has finally broached this issue. It looks like she got cold feet and has now tried to blame me for this post. I can confirm that I cannot confirm whether or not I plan on confirming if I actually posted this. I hope that clears things up. Thanks to all the great suggestions people have left

We just blame it on the "barking spiders" around here. Sounds like you got your hands full with FIVE boys....(I know how many kids you have:)
